Service Call helps you keep track of customers, appointments, and invoices. You can quickly create a PDF invoice and email it to your customer as you complete the job.

I use it to log service requests from clients. Even lets you create invoices and send them by email. It would be great if you could have a client sign for a Job after it was finished.
This app is very user friendly and doesnt cost a lot of money like those other invoicing app that need a yearly membership fee. It took awhile to enter all of my items but it is well worth it.
Its expensive, cumbersome, and not really that useful. While I would love to see an ap that does what this one poromises, this is not it. It does keep customers separate from the address book, and I like that feature. It can also create invoices, though I do not use that function. I really need it to allow me to track schedule appointments/Service Calls per customer, date, location, etc, and allow notes for each job, as well as track the time spent on each job/customer/account etc. And it be simple and quick, without constantly switching back screens like this app. It has potential, but needs a complete we-write and a better, more intuitive interface. And be cheaper. How about it, Fern Lane? As it is, dont waste your money.

I was looking for a product for my iPod touch that would help me manage my time and billing better and found Service Call. I have been using it for about a week now and I am happy to report that it has positively changed the way I manage my time and billing process. If you’re a small shop with reliable email and need to track your time better, you owe it to yourself to check this app out. The even developer takes feature requests and has several good enhancements on the way. Overall, its integration with my exchange calendar has taken this app beyond my original expecations.
