I use it to log service requests from clients. Even lets you create invoices and send them by email. It would be great if you could have a client sign for a Job after it was finished.

This app is very user friendly and doesnt cost a lot of money like those other invoicing app that need a yearly membership fee. It took awhile to enter all of my items but it is well worth it.

Its expensive, cumbersome, and not really that useful. While I would love to see an ap that does what this one poromises, this is not it. It does keep customers separate from the address book, and I like that feature. It can also create invoices, though I do not use that function. I really need it to allow me to track schedule appointments/service calls per customer, date, location, etc, and allow notes for each job, as well as track the time spent on each job/customer/account etc. And it be simple and quick, without constantly switching back screens like this app. It has potential, but needs a complete we-write and a better, more intuitive interface. And be cheaper. How about it, Fern Lane? As it is, dont waste your money.

I was looking for a product for my iPod touch that would help me manage my time and billing better and found Service Call. I have been using it for about a week now and I am happy to report that it has positively changed the way I manage my time and billing process. If you’re a small shop with reliable email and need to track your time better, you owe it to yourself to check this app out. The even developer takes feature requests and has several good enhancements on the way. Overall, its integration with my exchange calendar has taken this app beyond my original expecations.

Im an owner & operator of an Appliance Repair business. So far Ive been pretty happy with this App. While it could use some more features, Ive been impressed. Im Comparing it with 2 other apps I purchased- iDispatcher and Invoices2go. The data backup in CSV format seems to fit my needs the most. The interface is easy to use. Thank you, keep up the good work and keep the updates coming :-)

Worked fine for couple of weeks then I could not create an invoice. I reported it but they could not figure it out so I am not using it anymore.

This application is great. I keep track of all me time spent on jobs and invoice when needed. The old way I invoiced at the end of the week and tried to recall all the weeks actives. My clients are much happier that they get the invoice when the service is complete.

Ive been much more organized ever since I started using this app. I now invoice the customer right at their home, show them the invoice, collect the payment, and email a copy of the paid invoice right there. I also like how all my customers contact info is separate from my personal contacts. Thanks alot for this great app!

Great app easy to use. Wish city and state could be on a drop down menu like recent parts list is. Makes accounting easy. So simple

I can send my clients a bill before I even put my truck in gear, saves so much office time. I want a Mac now so I can run this on desktop too. I do wish city and state would stick AND need a tab for Job Name, wish I could remove unneeded tabs like inventory or whatever.

Very great app. Has work perfect for me so far. Just need to be able to back up to iCloud and I would give it 5 stars, also put and estimate or quote section in and then it would be perfect app

Though I can see them add features, I really like this app because its simple to use and does the job without paper. Good green product. I would like more flexibility with file name. If youre sending a quote, file name should be such plus the invoice #. Helps keep organized

Unbelievable timesaver this is incredible, I use to sit at the Computer typing invoices individually At night now I just speak them Into my iPhone From the Job site and email them. Service call is well worth it

Nice, basic app for invoicing. Fix the annoying header setting to allow easy switching between invoices and estimates. Fix it and i would give you ten stars.

Great product! Really enjoy quick response when asking for help or feature requests. Would like to see some other feature but am willing to wait as I use this a lot and have a lot of data committed.

Service call is great! Fits my embroidery machine repair service to a T! I highly recommend it to all field service business owners
