Simplest Most Complete Invoicer I’ve found - I make computer house calls and use it ALL the time.

I have tried about a half dozen of the other apps that appeared to throw in everything including the kitchen sink. I don’t need a kitchen sink. What I need is a way to invoice customers right on the spot, at their homes, as soon as the job is done. This IS that app. I use it all the time and I don’t know how I got by without it. I just either create an ad-hoc invoice on the spot, or add a customer from my iPhone contacts. I set my hourly rate just one time (it is adjustable if you need to change it), then input my hours and add parts and other line-items whenever I need to. I tap “View PDF and email to customer”… and guess what the app does? Makes an adobe pdf file, printable and readable EVERYWHERE and emails it directly to my customer. Then when they say as I am leaving, “are you going to send me an invoice?” I just say “check your inbox.” I should also mention it lets you include your company logo/letterhead, and an easy option to mark the invoice “paid”. AND It allows me to export the info to a csv file which can be used in Excel.
